Personalized endurance coaching built around your goals, your life and what it takes to perform at your best.
Apply for CoachingMore isn't automatically better.
The goal is to apply the right training stress, at the right time, consistently enough to create adaptation — while keeping you healthy, progressing and capable of enjoying the rest of your life.
That means knowing when to push.
Knowing when to recover.
Knowing what matters right now — and what is simply noise.
And when work, travel, family or life changes the plan, knowing how to adapt without feeling like the whole week is ruined.
That's where having a coach changes things.
Instead of constantly wondering whether you should be doing more, less or something completely different, you have a clear path forward and someone looking at the bigger picture with you.
Of course we'll build your training.
But coaching isn't simply filling boxes in TrainingPeaks.
It's understanding how you're responding to the work.
It's helping you make better decisions.
It's identifying what's actually limiting your performance rather than simply adding more training.
It's holding you accountable to what you say you want — while also knowing when pushing harder isn't the answer.
And over time, it's helping you understand yourself well enough that you become a smarter, more confident and more resilient athlete.
We coach complete beginners through to experienced endurance athletes — from first finish lines to ambitious performance goals.
You might be preparing for your first endurance event.
You might be trying to qualify for a World Championship, run your fastest marathon, tackle your first ultra, race an Ironman or see how far your potential can actually take you.
But not every athlete's year revolves around one finish line.
You might want to ride a Gran Fondo but still run regularly and get stronger in the gym. Ride from Seattle to Portland, take on a HYROX a month later, then race a half marathon. Or prepare for an Ironman while staying ready for a multi-day cycling or mountain adventure.
Sometimes those objectives fit neatly together. Sometimes they compete for the same time, energy and recovery.
That's part of the coaching. We look at the bigger picture, understand what matters to you, decide what needs priority and when, and build your training around the combination of goals, adventures and life you actually want — not just the next event on the calendar.
You don't have to choose one athletic identity. Done well, your training can prepare you for multiple objectives, races, adventures and opportunities — without trying to train for everything at once.
The sport, level and goals may be different. What matters is that you care about what you're working toward and you're willing to consistently do the work.
You don't need to already be fast.
You need a goal that matters to you and a willingness to engage in the process.
Every athlete gets personalised coaching. The difference between each option is the depth of support, communication and involvement you want from your coach.
Personalised training. Clear direction. Essential accountability.
Essential Coaching is for athletes who want a high-quality individualised training program without needing a high level of day-to-day coaching contact.
It's ideal if you're reasonably self-directed but want an experienced coach designing your training, keeping you progressing and providing regular accountability.
Our complete coaching relationship.
Performance Coaching is for athletes who want more proactive involvement from their coach and greater flexibility as training and life evolve.
It's particularly well suited to athletes with demanding work schedules, frequent travel, changing family commitments or ambitious performance goals where regular adjustment and communication matter.
Your training isn't simply written and left alone. We're watching how you're responding, communicating with you and adapting the plan as necessary.
Performance coaching for the whole athlete.
Premier Coaching takes everything included in Performance Coaching and goes deeper into the mental side of performance.
It's designed for athletes who want to actively develop not only their physical preparation, but also the confidence, focus, resilience, decision-making and race-execution skills that influence performance when things get difficult.
This isn't therapy. It's mental performance coaching applied directly to training, racing and competitive performance.
The process begins with the Athlete Mental Aptitude Profile (AMAP). From there, we identify the mental skills most likely to influence your performance and develop a Mental Game Plan that can be progressively trained and applied in real situations.
Premier also includes a dedicated 60–90 minute coaching and mental-performance call every two weeks, making this a significantly deeper coaching relationship.
You don't need to figure that out before contacting us.
Tell us where you are now, what you're trying to achieve and what's currently getting in the way.
We'll help you work out which coaching relationship makes sense — including if we think one of our training plans would be a better fit than coaching.
Tell Us About Your Goals“Working one-on-one with Kristian has prepared me for several bucket list firsts in trail running and triathlon, as well as multi-day adventures.
Kristian always gets me to the start line prepared and healthy and performing above my expectations. Most importantly, he’s helped me learn to cut out all the other noise and simply trust the process, which has paid amazing dividends into my physical and mental health.”
“Fast forward through the years and Kristian’s programs have always brought the best out of me, be it while recovering from injury, changing focus to cycle races, or making an Ironman comeback.
Ultimately he is helping me not just be fitter, but smarter.”
“Once racing returned, Charlotte coached me through my most consistent Ironman training season ever, followed by trail races and my first gravel bike race.
Balancing the training for different events, integrating strength training, ensuring proper recovery, all while juggling work and personal responsibilities would be impossible on my own! Charlotte has made it all possible and I look forward to working with her for years to come.”
You don't need a perfect schedule.
You don't need unlimited training time.
And you don't need to have everything figured out before you begin.
You need a goal worth working toward, a process that fits your life and the willingness to consistently do the work.
We'll help with the rest.
